Israel Antiquities Authority Director-General Israel Hasson explained on Army Radio why a stone fell from the Western Wall this morning to the "Ezrat Yisrael" plaza.
"This is a two-thousand-year-old structure, these stones are suffering from natural decay. Why that stone in particular? We think it was caused by moisture coming from the Al-Aqsa Museum."
