Chairman Avi Gabbay of the Zionist Union has called on the police to locate the party who attacked a party activist during the demonstration by the lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender community in Be'er Sheva over last week's Knesset vote against including them for eligibility for surrogate parenthood.
Gabbay said "I believe and hope that the Israeli police are doing everything in their power to locate the violent criminals who deliberately ran over a Labor Party activist in the LGBT protest in Be'er Sheva. A price must be paid for needless hatred."
