Dov Hayoun, a Conservative rabbi who heads the traditional Moriah community in Haifa, has been interrogated in the wake of a complaint filed by the Rabbinical Court of Haifa on the charge of holding wedding outside the rabbinate, according to the Israel Public Broadcasting Corporation.
