Member of Knesset Tamar Zandberg (Meretz) is furious at the just-passed "Breaking the Silence" law, which prevents radical left-wing activists from lecturing in schools.

Interviewed by Israeli public radio, the Meretz chairwoman said, "The law takes the goals of education and adds authority to the minister insert his political agenda. The fact that the education minister turned himself into a political commissar is unprecedented in the State of Israel. There is a group of ministers who want their political agenda to dominate their ministries."
