The Knesset has approved the final readings of a proposal by Labor and Social Affairs Minister Haim Katz to grant parents of disabled children who have passed away special support, including funding for studies or vocational training, plus a subsistence allowance and assistance in placement.
The cost of the law is estimated at NIS 5 million a year.
