Inspectors from the Civil Administration for Judea and Samaria and the Water Authority carried out enforcement activity on Monday against pirate drilling operations aimed at illegally pumping groundwater near Hevron and Kiryat Arba.
That included confiscation of drilling machines. This is the sixth time that the Civil Administration has taken action against attempts to create pirate water wells in the Hevron area.
