Military officials from the United States and North Korea met with other on Sunday in the village of Panmunjom, which is located in the Demilitarised Zone (DMZ) that separates both Koreas.
According to South Korea's Yonhap news agency, the meeting dealt with the issue of returning remains of US soldiers who were killed during the Korean war in the early 1950s.
