After lengthy negotiations with the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Finance, the financial recovery agreement for Agudat Yisrael's network of kindergardens has been renewed.
The network is home to more than 10,000 children in the cities of the center and the periphery, from Tzfat and Tiberias in the north to Dimona and Sderot in the south. As part of the agreement, the network has undertaken to cut kindergartens with a small number of children and to reduce the cost of rent to kindergartens, which will be used to raise the salaries of teachers and other workers.
