The Association of Transport Workers in the Histadrut Labor Federation, the workers committee of Dan Darom and the company's management agreed on Sunday that the salaries of the company's bus drivers will rise from July 1 from NIS 39 to NIS 41 an hour.
Later, with the approval of the Ministry of Transport and Finance, the drivers' salaries will increase to NIS 43 per hour. Dan Darom is a subsidiary of Dan in southern Israel, which operates the bus lines in the northern Negev region - Ashkelon, Kiryat Gat, Kiryat Malachi, Lehavim, Netivot, Ofakim, Sderot, and moshavim and kibbutzim in the area.
