Gunfire was heard on Friday afternoon near the Beitunia crossing, north of Jerusalem. There were no injuries. Border Police and the IDF are conducting searches in the area.
The Beitunia crossing is used for the passage of goods and it is not active on Fridays, though it is guarded by security forces.
