It has been disclosed that the Cybercrime Department of the State Attorney's Office filed an indictment in the Tel Aviv District Court against a 38-year-old defendant for stealing the cyber capabilities of the NSO company where he worked and trying to sell them to private entities.
He faces charges of an attempt to damage property in a way that would harm state security, theft by an employee, execution of a security-related marketing operation without a security marketing license and disruption or interference with cyber materials.
