For the first time in 50 years, two new parachuting facilities were dedicated at the Israel Defense Forces' Tel Nof base.
With a capacity for handling more students at a time, the facilities are intended to provide more realistic training for the parachutes, planes and conditions in which the IDF works. They are scheduled to go into use in August, after the instructors file their comments. Another two facilities will follow.
