Energy Minister Yuval Steinitz told Radio 103FM on Sunday that the military draft law receiving its first reading in the Knesset on Monday "is a reasonable and fair compromise."
The former minister of intelligence and strategic affairs added, "I am very surprised that the haredi-religious are voting against it and that the Zionist Unit cannot get over itself."
