Chairman Avi Dichter of the Knesset Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee has welcomed Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu's call to pass Dichter's national homeland law by the end of this Knesset session.
Dichter said, "This is a Likud flagship law and a very significant law for the State of Israel and for the Jewish people. The coalition factions are on notice that the way to pass their laws depends on the homeland law going through first."
