MK Dov Khenin (Joint List) who was removed from the discussion of the Constitution Committee, is attacking the bill submitted by Justice Minister Ayelet Shaked.
"The justice minister is promoting a dangerous law that will allow cabinet ministers to appoint the legal advisers themselves for seven years, that is, even when the rightist government is already replaced.
"I was taken taken out when I insisted on asking the central question in the discussion: What is the problem with the existing system of appointments that makes this revolution necessary? My removal from the discussion is an answer that says a lot about the destructive and anti-democratic process that is being promoted here. "
