Tzachi Sharabi, commander of the Sharett station, said at the Knesset Internal Affairs Committee hearing on enforcement against infiltrators: "In the first half of the year there was a rise in dozens of cases of violent involvement of illegal migrant workers in South Tel Aviv."
"One of the reasons is the lack of administrative enforcement capability that was in place last year," he said.
