Finance Minister Moshe Kahlon promised to compensate Israelis who have been victimized by flaming kites flown in from Gaza. "There is a clear directive regarding compensation from the fire of arson, and anyone who submits a request receives 50 percent of the damage he estimates," Kahlon told Army Radio.
