The Ministry of Defense has announced that the stage of establishing the first technological center is underway.
The tender was won by the companies Shikun U'Binui and Africa Israel, at a cost of NIS 7 billion. Construction will begin towards the end of the year in an area that covers more than 180 dunams (45 acres).
