Minister of Finance Moshe Kahlon and Tax Authority Director Eran Yaakov have agreed to provide compensation for indirect damage to those involved in the tourism industry in the Golan Heights and in the Gaza perimeter area due to the security situation that prevailed in these areas during part of May and early June.
It was decided that a person who lives in one of the localities in defined areas whose business in the hotel industry and accommodation units meets the criteria and dates prescribed in the directive issued by the Tax Authority will be entitled to claim compensation for indirect damage due to cancellation of orders.
