Member of Knesset Bezalel Samotrich (Jewish Home) revealed on Thursday, the bill he submitted to dissolve the Civil Administration for Judea and Samaria and subordinate its branches to government ministries.
Speaking at "Center for Man and Earth" conference, Smotrich said, "The Civil Administration has very good people, but the DNA of this system took the sick both from the military system and from the civilian system." He cited the administration for being technically behind the times and taking weeks to do what can be done in minutes on the other side of the 1949 Armistice Line.
