The Reform movement's Kehilat Yonatan congregation has filed a lawsuit in the Lod District Court against the Hod Hasharon Municipality, claiming that the municipality has been delaying the construction of a synagogue for 15 years, according to a report by Haaretz.
The congregation is accusing the municipality of "religious discrimination". A spokesman for the Hod Hasharon municipality said that the municipality was studying the details of the suit and would reply in court.
