Yair Lapid, chairman of the Yesh Atidparty, announced the suspension of Hadera Mayor Zvika Gendelman from his party following the investigation against him.
"There is a clear procedure in Yesh Atid - a public figure against whom a criminal investigation has been opened will immediately suspend himself from office and his party membership will be terminated until the matter is clarified," the party said.
