In the morning, four suspects were detained for questioning and two other suspects were detained on suspicion of involvement in bribery, fraud and breach of trust, tax offenses and other offenses. Among the detainees are elected officials and senior public officials in the local authority.
The suspects were brought for questioning by the police, and in the afternoon they will be brought to the court in Rishon Letzion for a hearing on their matter.
