The Knesset has approved the first reading of a bill to transfer authority to hear petitions hear petitions on decisions of Israeli authorities operating in Judea and Samaria under the Security Legislation, especially in the areas of freedom of information, planning and construction, from the Supreme Court to the Administrative Affairs Court in Jerusalem.
