The Ministerial Committee on Legislation is expected to discuss a bill proposed by MK Moti Yogev (Jewish Home) that would enable Israel to expel the families of terrorists.
The bill empowers allows a military commander to issue a deportation order to a first-degree relative of a terrorist who committed a murder or murder attempt and a relative who encouraged or prevented the act within seven days.
