Border Police officers arrested a Ramallah resident in his twenties for the second time in two days Wednesday evening, trying to pass over the security fence in the Jerusalem envelope.
In light of the fact that this was the second time that the suspect tried to enter Israel illegally, he was interrogated and taken to Ofer Prison. During the absorption process carried out by the Israel Prison Service, six cell phones were seized which he apparently tried to smuggle into the security wing of the prison.
