Housing Minister Yoav Gallant said Thursday that Israel would use all its strength to prevent Iran from establishing itself in Syrian territory.
Speaking in at an event in Eilat organized by the Association of Builders of the Land, the retired general said, "Israel has created an opportunity to uproot Iran from Syria and we will take advantage of this opportunity. We will not allow the opening of a second front in the Golan Heights and we will not allow Syrian soil to be a springboard for Lebanon."
