Minister Gilad Erdan said on Thursday, "The Iranian missile attack proves how important our policy is to prevent an extremist religious regime that wants to destroy us, to build a military force in Syria that could pose a threat to the citizens of Israel.
Writing on Twitter, Erdan said, "We will not hesitate to act against Iranian aggression wherever necessary. We continue to view the Syrian regime as responsible for everything happening on its land."
