The Knesset plenum has approved the final readings of an amendment to the Traffic Ordinance Law which will give the police additional enforcement powers regarding vehicles that pose obstacles in the private arena.
According to the proposal, "Parking a car in a private parking lot contrary to traffic arrangements, restricting or blocking the passage of vehicles in a manner that is not safe, is an offense and a police officer will have the enforcement powers already established by law."
