The National Labor Court has overturned the decision of the Jerusalem District Court to freeze the men's portion of a gender-separate civil-service training program for the haredi-religious sector which called for the inclusion of haredi women.
In response, the Israel Women's Network has decided to submit an immediate petition to the Supreme Court.
