Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu said, Monday evening, that under pressure following the Gulf War in 2003, Iran shelved the Project Amad nuclear development program but not its aspirations.
He said, "Following the new directive of Iran’s Minister of Defense, the work would be split into two parts, covert and overt. A key part of the plan was to form new organizations to continue the work."
