The Ministry of Health is urging the public not to use Excera cream for dry to very dry skin, manufactured by Emilia Cosmetics Limited and marketed by Perrigo Israel Agencies Ltd.
According to information provided to the Ministry, the cream was not produced in accordance with the license approved for it.
