The Southern District Attorney's Office will file a serious indictment on Thursday against the mother whose month-old baby drowned in a whirlpool bath in a hotel in Ashdod.
The police said, "This is a tragic incident and an investigation that required a lot of sensitivity in order to arrive at the truth in the most professional way and without harming the reputation of innocents."
