The Military Advocate General will appeal the ruling to acquit the terrorist who stabbed Nirit Zmora of murder charges, after the military court ruled that the terrorist did not necessarily intended to murder Zmora, Kann News reported on Tuesday.
In the framework of the appeal, the Military Advocate General submitted a request to the military court to present additional evidence - a document from the terrorist's interrogation, which indicates his intention to murder and not just to injure.
