The management of Twitter blocked the account of Member of Knesset Bezalel Samotrich (Jewish Home) after he tweeted that he was sad that Ahed Tamimi from the Samarian Palestinian Authority town of Nabi Saleh was in detention and that, in his opinion, she should have been shot at least in the knee.
Tamimi is doing time for a physical attack on an Israeli soldier in her town that became a viral video. She has been videotaped throughout her life in similar confrontations and has inspired copycat behavior.
