Public Security Minister Gilad Erdan has condemned Negev Bedouin traveling with weapons drawn on the southern roads and shooting in the air, as shown in a video posted on social networks.
Erdan said, "The actions that were documented on the roads in the south are very serious and we must not violate them in any way." He added, "I expect the police to act immediately to locate and arrest the shooters who have been documented driving in a bullying and savage manner and shooting in a wild and life-threatening manner. The fight against illegal weapons is at the top of the Ministry of Public Security's priorities and action must be taken against offenders in this area without letup."
