United Nations Secretary General Antonio Guterres on Saturday encouraged "restraint" in Syria.
Adding that international investigators are ready to open an investigation in Syria, Guterres said on all countries should "show restraint in these dangerous circumstances and to avoid any acts that could escalate matters and worsen the suffering of the Syrian people."
