Science Minister Ofir Akunis has responded to the video of an Israeli sniper shooting a Gazan by saying, "Our information [mission] is already very difficult, but I suggest that we all not repeat the mistake made by [former defense minister] Bogi Ya'alon, who rushed to spread accusations: the Palestinian who came near the fence did not come to ask for peace."
Akunis was interviewed by Israel public radio.
