The National Civic Service Authority's legal advisor is not allowing the head of the authority, Sar-Shalom Jerbi, to summon the director-general of B'Tselem to a hearing ahead of revoking the extreme left group's right to benefit from the use of National Service volunteers.
Last week, Arutz Sheva revealed that Jerbi had asked to summon the director general to a hearing following the organization's call to Israel Defense Forces commanders and soldiers to refuse to fire at the rioters who took part in the violent march near the Gaza security fence at the end of the week.
