An indictment will be filed today against a 28-year-old eastern Jerusalem resident who is suspected of robbing and assaulting a tourist at the gas station near Gan Hapa'amon in the city earlier this month.
The suspect stole the tourist's wallet and cell phone and fled. After a few days, he was arrested by police.
