'We must cooperate with US to get rid of Assad'

Maj. Gen. (Res.) Amiram Levin protested the lack of long-term policy between Israel and the US over Syria.

In an interview with Army Radio this morning, he claimed: "The reactions, as long as they are only reactions, are not enough. Israel has ways, not just military ones, to work with the great superpower, the United States, and we have to work together to transfer Assad from the Syrian regime."
