Member of Knesset Ayelet Nahmias Verbin (Zionist Union) asked Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu today to implement the plan to absorb Syrian children.
According to her, although a decision was made to absorb Syrian children from the battle zones, this proposal has not yet been implemented. She said, "On the eve of the 70th Independence [Day] that excites us all, Israel cannot stand idly by in the face of the horrors without taking practical steps to stop the disaster."
