A 23-year-old Israeli was killed yesterday when his all-terrain vehicle overturned in La Paz, the capital of Bolivia.
The message was sent to his family in Israel. Israeli consul in Peru, Limor Sherman, and the Department for Israelis Abroad in the Consular Section of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs are working to bring the victim's body back to Israel.
