As a result of full occupancy, police say the entrance of vehicles to parking lots in the Tel Aviv port complex has closed.
The police note there are currently no reports of unusual traffic congestion in the nearby streets. Police are directing traffic in the area and asking drivers to use the Waze app to avoid the area.
