The State of Israel and the UN High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) today reached unprecedented joint understandings on the issue of infiltrators.
According to the understandings, the UN High Commissioner for Refugees will act to bring these populations out to Western countries, and the State of Israel will approve the status of others that will remain.
