A hiker about the age of 74 was stranded on the Israel Trail near the Shimshon Junction, west of Jerusalem, with moderate injuries to her limbs.
Volunteers from the Etzion rescue unit were sent to free her. The Magen David Adom emergency medical service is on the scene.
