Ron Huldai, the mayor of Tel Aviv-Yafo, announced Monday that reservists who live in the city will receive a 5 percent discount on property tax, starting in 2019, subject to the approval of the city council.
Huldai said that "Tel Aviv-Jaffa leads in the number of reserve days of its residents and this is just a symbolic thank you for their contribution."
