IDF officer accused of hit-and-run released to house arrest

The Petah Tikva Mastrigate's Court released a 30-year old IDF officer suspected of a hit-and-run to house arrest. The officer had hit a man on Route 4 this past Saturday but claimed that he was unable to stop and call for help.
