Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte said on Wednesday that his country will leave the International Criminal Court due to probes against a drug war in the island nation that has left more than 20,000 dead. The ICC "has no jurisdiction nor will it acquire jurisdiction over the Phillipines" said Duterte.
