The Histadrut Labor Federation has declared a labor dispute with Strauss Water, which develops water purification systems and is responsible for the production and marketing of the Tami 4 water bar. According to the union, "The dispute concerning the matter of the company's 800 employees lies, inter alia, in a series of unilateral changes by management, without negotiations with the employees' representatives as required, and creating significant implications for the employees."
A statement by the Histadrut continued, "Among other things, the company's management added shifts to the field technicians, contrary to the agreements, united teams at the service center, affecting the work load and earning ability of the representatives and setting non-realistic goals for the employees of the sales center.
